The Strokes played their first gig since 2006 last night in London, under the name Venison. Possibly hinted the forth album is coming soon??

Once again I came across this clip on Youtube, which I think is the best video that documented the Beatles mania in the early 60s. Funny moments aside, the way those girls screamed and cried during every seconds of the performance got me thinking--the crowd-surfing dudes nowadays all seems so calm and pulled-together compare to those shrieking girls!


Maybe next time during my favorite band's gig I'll bring a handkerchief and do the same thing.

With The Dead Weather and Karen Elson's new album, I've been deeply in love with the music genius Jack White all over again(and this is like what, the third time I've said this in a year?).

Arcade Fire is about to release their new album The Suburbs on August 2nd, three years after the successful Neon Bible. Only three tracks has been confirmed and they've just recently reveal the album artworks.
